Platform Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EXsessions platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

EXsessions is a marketplace that connects experienced professionals ("Providers") with individuals and organisations ("Clients") seeking expert advice through structured, bookable sessions.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Provider Obligations

Providers agree to deliver sessions as described in their offers, maintain professional conduct, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to attend booked sessions on time, provide accurate information, and treat Providers with respect and professionalism.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our payment provider (Stripe). The Platform charges a service fee on each transaction. Providers receive payment after session completion, subject to the refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". EXsessions is not liable for the quality of advice provided by Providers or the outcomes of any session.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
